I recommend doing a Defrag today. If you want a smoother running computer take some time and follow these instructions:

Go to Start,
and under Programs,
Accessories,
System Tools,
and find Disk Defragmenter. Run it, even if windows says you don’t need too…..

There are some things that aren’t viruses but need to be off your computer.
